How to Merge Bank Statements for Loan Application (Securely)

Need to submit 6 months of bank history for a Home Loan, Visa, or ITR? Learn how to combine PDF files without sharing your transaction history with third-party servers.

Stop uploading statements online!

Most "Free PDF Mergers" upload your files to their cloud. Your bank statement contains your Account Number, IFSC, Salary Details, and Spending Habits. You should never upload these to an unknown server.

When you apply for a Personal Loan, Home Loan, or a Schengen/Canada Visa, the officer asks for "Last 6 Months Bank Statement". The problem? Banks like SBI, HDFC, and ICICI usually email you a separate PDF for every month. Sending 6-12 separate files looks unprofessional and might get your application rejected.

The solution is to Merge them into one single professional PDF. But how do you do it safely?

The Safe Way: Client-Side Merging

Using The PDF Mechanic, you can process files Offline. We use a technology called WebAssembly that runs the code inside your phone/laptop RAM.
